Responsibilities: • Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery • Conduct legal research and case analysis to support ongoing litigation • Participate in client meetings, depositions, and preparation for hearings or trials • Coordinate with paralegals, legal assistants, and senior attorneys • Help drive case progress and contribute to the firm’s performance goals Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school • Active license to practice in West Virginia (or willingness to be licensed) • Strong legal writing and analytical skills • Interest in employment law, personal injury, and client-focused litigation • A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to justice Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
