• Supporting Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 property onboarding projects.
• Sourcing furniture, decor, and design items from approved vendors.

• Maintaining project timelines and updating the team regularly.
• Coordinating with procurement, onboarding, and operations.
• Helping stage properties so they are guest-ready and photo-ready.
• Managing multiple projects at the same time.
• Following established processes while also being proactive and solution-oriented.
• Communicating clearly in Basecamp and keeping all tasks updated.

Experience

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and team members.
