Job summary

Dlssgeelong is seeking a California-licensed attorney to join our fast-paced firm. You will manage a docket of cases, prepare for depositions, and handle related invoicing and client negotiations.

Applicants must be in good standing with the California State Bar; newly barred attorneys are encouraged. We offer medical, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited PTO and paid holidays, with a salary range of $110,000–$130,000.

• Manage a docket of cases to resolution.
• Prepare clients for depositions, attend depositions, and handle related invoicing.
• Respond to client inquiries requiring attorney negotiations.
• Maintain responsiveness to incoming emails and phone calls.
• Provide direction to non-attorneys as needed.
• Lead non-attorneys by example and contribute to a positive workplace.
• Participate in team events during and after work hours.
• Provide feedback to management to enhance firm performance for clients.
