Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload under attorney supervision.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy.
• Take and/or defend depositions.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers.
• Work closely with experienced trial attorneys from case intake through resolution.
