• Own assigned projects from kickoff through final delivery
• Chase down the root cause instead of slapping on a patch
• Bridge Bankruptcy Law and Stakeholder Management so neither team works in the dark
• Absorb context fast and start contributing sooner
• Coordinate scheduling, resources, and logistics for assigned tasks
• Pressure-test assumptions before they harden into expensive mistakes
• Resolve customer concerns with patience and a focus on outcomes
• Keep Advisory Plus Corp's Rapid City, SD site running while improvements ship underneath
