Qualifications

• Support outside general counsel services across corporate, employment, IP and regulatory matters.

Salary range:

Awaiting Admission - $80k
Admitted - $90K - $130K

Services range from:

• Corporate and corporate finance matters
• Employment law and employee benefits
• Intellectual property, trademarks, and trade secrets
• Litigation (used only when necessary)
• Healthcare law and regulatory compliance
