Next Talent Revolution is hiring a Junior Assistant Sales Manager to help push our brand further. You will implement marketing strategies and help reach company objectives with creativity and data-driven insight.

The role involves supporting the sales and development teams, leading campaigns with the Brand Manager, and coordinating across functions to deliver strong results. This full-time position offers growth, training, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Some experience or study in Branding, Sales or Marketing is a bonus.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or similar field; MBA preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
• Previous experience managing small teams is desirable but not essential
• Proficient in researching and analyzing data
• Superb organizational and time-management skills
• Product knowledge including pricing, packaging, and positioning
• Goal-oriented and results-driven, partnered with a creative mindset

Responsibilities

• Meet with company executives to determine brand objectives
• Study similar brand campaigns and research target markets
• Analyze and stay on top of current marketing trends
• Create, present, and enact marketing ideas to meet all brand objectives
• Work closely with the Brand Manager to assist in leading campaigns
• Ensure the coordination of the sales team, the development team, and any other involved teams
• Work directly with the sales team, providing support to both the customers and the team during the sales process
