Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Administrative Assistant to support our administrative team with day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Maintain and update company databases and records.
