The role emphasizes teamwork, growth, and hands-on problem solving in a dynamic environment. Travel is 5-10% and a bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred for candidates with 0–2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site operators, subcontractors, chief engineer, and service providers to ensure facilities run efficiently.
• Attend ongoing Operator training.
• Assist in maintaining the Plant Operating Manual.
• Support EPC coordination with ECM implementation alongside the O&M team.
• Coordinate on-site troubleshooting with remote support services.
• Review daily energy usage and advise on best practices and operational modifications.
• Direct the day-to-day work of the on-site O&M team.
