Junior Asset Leader - Wave

Your Impact

In this role, you will define the product roadmap for new McKinsey Transformation (MT) innovations and other function-specific products, overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, while managing the product portfolio.

You will own the design and development of new products, collaborating with the platform & technology team, including Product Managers. You will develop go-to-market plans, including delivery models and pricing, in partnership with MT Assets Client Success, Delivery chapter leads, and the Finance team. By continuously identifying growth opportunities through market analysis and stakeholder engagement, you will drive product enhancements.

You will also manage collaboration with Platform & Technology teams during design, build, and launch phases, lead capability-building efforts for the MT Assets team, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will facilitate onboarding and upskilling plans for Client Success and Delivery chapters to effectively bring new capabilities to clients.

Your Growth

WAVE is part of the McKinsey Transformation Practice, working with colleagues across the Americas. As a Global Asset Leader in the MT Assets Product team, you will lead the strategic direction of MT Assets Products on the Wave platform, aligned with MT goals and market needs.

WAVE empowers teams to drive performance through intuitive technology and McKinsey’s advisory services, enabling clients to track progress against business goals, budgets, and timelines, thus powering transformation delivery and sustained change.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree; graduate degree preferred
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Passion for managing and growing a business/asset as a general manager
• Ability to take a top management view and develop solutions
• Rapid absorption of complex business issues with strong domain and technology understanding
• Effective communication skills, able to translate technical topics for stakeholders
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities
• Problem-solving, entrepreneurial mindset, and strategic vision
• Excellent collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Preferred: experience in Transformations, MT programs (IDP, BUP, Implementation), and Wave platform usage
