Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of asbestos-related cases from intake to trial under senior attorneys.
• Conduct depositions, discovery, write motions, and appear in court.
• Research asbestos-related cases, including talc history and literature.
• Collaborate with experts to analyze and present evidence.
• Support senior attorneys in settlements with opponents and insurers.
• Stay updated on asbestos law, science, and industry trends.
• Meet with clients to gather exposure history.
• Potential to litigate other tort claims.
