Altra is seeking a Jr. Art Director to help drive our brand vision across campaigns, digital channels, and print materials. You will work with Creative Directors, copywriters, developers, and marketers to produce high‑quality design work while growing your creative skills under senior leadership.

The role emphasizes collaboration, idea generation, and execution across multiple channels, with a focus on storytelling through design and on-brand executions for campaigns and seasonal stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design or related field preferred; 0–2 years of professional design, creative, marketing, or related experience preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere.
• Proficiency in Figma and understanding of print production and pre-press requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of brand assets across campaigns, website content, email marketing, digital advertising, social media, video, and print materials.
• Collaborate with Associate Creative Directors, Designers, copywriters, developers, marketers and other cross-functional partners to create campaigns.
• Execute assigned design projects while maintaining brand standards, direction, and project objectives.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and concept development.
• Assist with styling for photo and video shoots and coordinate production tasks.
• Prepare and share creative concepts and rationales with internal stakeholders.
• Work with traffic, production, and marketing teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
