Job summary

PrimeEstate is seeking a Junior Architectural Technologist to support our design and construction teams. You will assist in creating detailed drawings and plans, conduct site visits, and coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure project success.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology, are proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp, and can manage deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other design software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations and construction processes.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other software.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project designs.
