Job summary

CRB is seeking an Architectural Designer I to support project teams under the supervision of the Architect-of-Record. This entry-level role involves 3D modeling, field investigations, and producing floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, interior and exterior elevations and sections, schedules, and installation details in conformance with CRB’s VDC standards.

You will work on multiple projects, coordinate with architectural staff, and contribute to timely, accurate design

Qualifications

• NAAB-accredited architecture degree preferred (B.Arch, M.Arch, D.Arch) or CACB/NCARB evaluated foreign education
• Associate degree or technical certification with 2+ years of A/E/C firm experience accepted
• Proficiency in Revit and MS Office; AutoCAD, Navisworks and Enscape preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with 3D modeling and design work
• Conduct field investigations for project data
• Produce floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, schedules and installation details per VDC standards
• Collaborate with architectural staff to ensure accurate, efficient outcomes
