Job summary

HNTB is seeking current or recent interns in Los Angeles to contribute to the development and completion of architectural design and construction documents under supervision. You will gather information, organize data, and apply it to project documents on a variety of infrastructure projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and involves collaborating with architects and engineers, preparing progress reports, and participating in QC reviews.

Qualifications

• Plans and conducts tasks requiring independent judgment in the analysis of design, planning and occupancy studies and design layouts.
• Assists in the preparation of project specifications compiling and analyzing relevant data.
• Confers with other architects and engineers for the purpose of explaining and interpreting architectural standards, codes or regulations.
• Prepares progress reports and keeps others informed.
• Participates in quality implementation plans, including scheduling QC reviews and compiling comments into project documents.
