NYC design firm seeks talented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Architect / Designer to join our team.Kostow Greenwood Architects is a dedicated studio focused on work in the performance arts, media, broadcast, and real estate development industries.We encourage continuing education for all of our team members, provide NCARB/IDP experience fulfillment, and offer paid time to take ARE exams.

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of office experience with design and construction documents
• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Technical expertise, specifically office experience with AutoCAD and Revit
• Other skills: 3D modeling (Rhino, Sketchup), Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, etc.
• Ability to work as a team member in all phases of project development: concept design through construction administration
• Expected to be resourceful in completing their project tasks independently or with moderate supervision from senior staff members
• Reliable, focused, creative and detail-oriented
• Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills

The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000.We will consider relevant experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors in determining compensation.
