• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Authorized to work in the US & living in Los Angeles area.
• Experience with Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe CS.

Design-oriented studio seeking a Junior Architect or Designer for immediate opening to join our team.Current projects include a mix of high-end residential projects in LA and other areas.Looking for someone, who is comfortable working both collaboratively and independently.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about residential design and construction, with excellent 3d design, diagramming and presentation skills.You should also be comfortable working in an office, be self-motivated, and willing to take on a variety of roles within a small firm environment.You will be contributing to all phases of a project – design, documentation, permitting and construction administration.

Applicants shall hold a degree from an accredited Architecture school and be proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, Lumion, and the Adobe suite of applications. Experience with residential building construction documents is a plus.

This is an in-office position. Our office is located at 1551 S. Robertson Blvd, LA 90035. Salary range starts at 70k with Benefits including 401k and Student Loan Repayment Program.
