You will build internal tooling, prototype ideas, and collaborate with product and design to deliver end-to-end solutions while responsibly managing the company’s resources.

• Prototype rough Selenium ideas and determine which belong in InnovateNow's stack.
• Break large tech initiatives into achievable Go increments for Des Moines.
• Design facilitation APIs used by Des Moines teams for future projects.
• Harden AWS authentication to pass IA audits.
• Collaborate with product and design to ship features end-to-end.
• Move InnovateNow's Go stack out of the IA region before migration deadline.
• Turn on-call alerts into meaningful, actionable signals.
