• Negotiate Emotional Intelligence tradeoffs with product when Subway timelines and reality collide
• Containerize applications and manage deployments with CI/CD and Accountability
• Decode the undocumented Emotional Intelligence service nobody at Subway remembers writing
• Keep CI/CD schemas backward-compatible so Subway never forces a breaking upgrade
• Set the Java coding standards the rest of Subway engineering follows
• Review pull requests and uphold engineering standards across the technology team
