We are seeking a driven and enthusiasticJunior Android Developerto join our team. In this role, you will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining Android applications. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about mobile development, eager to learn, and excited to work with the latest technologies, includingJetpack Compose, to build modern, user-friendly Android applications.

As a Junior Android Developer, you will collaborate closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performant, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• App Development: Assist in the development of Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Feature Implementation: Implement new features and enhancements based on business requirements and design specifications.
• Bug Fixing: Participate in debugging and troubleshooting issues reported by users or identified during testing. Resolve bugs and performance issues efficiently.
• Code Collaboration: Work with senior developers and team members to review code, implement features, and ensure consistency across the codebase.
• Testing: Contribute to the testing process, including unit testing and integration testing, to ensure the quality and stability of the applications.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation for code, development processes, and application features to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Learning & Growth: Engage in learning opportunities, including training, code reviews, and mentorship, to enhance your skills and knowledge in Android development.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Work with designers to ensure the application’s UI/UX meets user needs and follows design guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Android development, including hands-on experience with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Internship or project experience is also acceptable.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Android development frameworks and tools such as Android Studio, Gradle, and Material Design.
• App Deployment: Understanding of the Android app deployment process, including knowledge of the Google Play Store submission process and requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to tackle new challenges and learn from experiences.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable code.

Preferred:

• Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Design Patterns: Familiarity with design patterns such as MVVM or MVP.
• UI/UX Understanding: Basic understanding of Android design guidelines and user experience principles.
