Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field.
Internship or coursework in business process reengineering or process improvement.
1–2 years of work experience in BR or process improvement roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess complex situations.

Responsibilities

Conduct employee interviews and analyze business processes to identify improvements.
Draft IT project requests and BRD to articulate solutions.
Deliver cost savings and process improvements.
Track performance against KPIs with Finance.
Identify and surface innovative reengineering initiatives across media and tech.
Provide regular reporting on transformation progress.
Research innovation trends and emerging technologies for reviews.
Monitor updates on emerging technologies and present to business units.
Provide ad hoc analysis as requested by global CEO, CDO or business units.
