SRE is seeking a Junior Solutions Analyst to support strategy development, planning, and execution for multiple programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in:

1. Strategic planning
2. Organizational change management and communications
3. Data analysis and reporting
4. Writing and editing
5. Meeting design and facilitation

The candidate will create impactful deliverables such as written materials, briefings, and data visualizations, and must be comfortable briefing leaders.

Key duties include:

• Assisting with analysis, review, development, testing, and inspection of business process improvements, program management, and solution implementation efforts
• Applying strong analytical and technical skills to document findings according to quality standards
• Collaborating with experienced analysts or project leaders for guidance
• Managing competing priorities through task prioritization and deadline setting
• Producing high-quality, error-free work that meets customer and contractual requirements
• Demonstrating integrity and a service-focused attitude
• Exhibiting flexibility and resilience with clients and within SRE
• Maintaining a drive for continual learning and professional growth

Qualifications include:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Master's Degree with no experience required

• Well-organized and self-directed team player
• Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to all organizational levels
• Proficiency with PCs, MS Office, Adobe, Google Mail, Citrix Sharefile, and online meeting platforms like Google Meet and Zoom

Compensation:

The estimated salary range is $59,000 - $85,000/year, depending on various factors including skills, experience, and organizational needs.

Work Environment:

The primary location is the Washington D.C. Metro area; remote work is possible but not guaranteed. Travel expenses are not reimbursed outside the commutable area.
