Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel preferred; VBA/macro development knowledge appreciated.

• Strong aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail.
• Capable of monitoring and completing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate responses to internal and external client.
• Escalate sensitive/risk issues to senior colleagues and management.
• Ensure procedures are kept in good quality and risk-driven.
• Enhance quality and efficiency by identifying process improvements.
• Utilize BBH systems and tools to maximize productivity.
• Participate in special projects like onboarding, new product implementations, reports conversions.
• Continually cross-train with colleagues to aid knowledge transfer and coverage during absences.
