Job summary

AML RightSource in the United States is seeking an Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to financial monitoring and compliance efforts. You’ll monitor transactions, investigate data anomalies, and collaborate across Compliance and Data Management to meet AML and reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, English at B2 level, and preferably Mandarin/Cantonese at B2 level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• English language proficiency at B2 level required.
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese language proficiency at B2 level preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess transactions on assigned accounts for potential suspicious activities like money laundering.
• Identify and investigate data anomalies in line with AML/BSA regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Data Management, and other teams to meet AML reporting requirements.
• Utilize complex data sources and analytical tools to perform duties.
• Contribute to a collaborative environment to improve analytical and reporting processes.
