Job summary

Weeghman & Briggs in Huntsville, AL is seeking a motivated Junior AI/ML Engineer to support mission-critical government programs. This onsite role requires TS clearance and a commitment to delivering robust, scalable ML solutions within secure environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate requirements into production-ready pipelines, and contribute to training, inference, and model deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting government or DoD programs
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge/background in Python, ML framework, training/inference pipelines, distributed processing, scalable ML, and production software engineering
• Minimum 3 years' experience with a bachelor's degree related to the labor category. Four additional years of specific LC experience (7 total) may substitute for bachelors.
