TileBar is seeking a Junior AI Imaging Artist in New York, NY, with 1–2 years in photo retouching and digital content creation. You will manage assets, edit imagery for ecommerce and campaigns, and leverage AI tools to produce innovative visuals.

The role blends photography with AI-driven workflows in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with photographers, designers, and post-production teams, ensuring brand consistency and efficient production.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in photo retouching, digital content creation, or related creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with strong retouching, compositing, color correction, and image editing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing large asset libraries.
• Understanding of digital asset management workflows, file organization, version control, and archiving.
• Experience coordinating assets with external vendors or post-production partners is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Nano Banana.
• Portfolio demonstrating photography, retouching, design, or AI-assisted work.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with high-quality photo retouching and editing for ecommerce, marketing, social media, and brand campaigns.
• Utilize AI-powered tools and automation to support image processing and production.
• Own digital asset management—tagging, archiving, and easy accessibility of imagery and deliverables.
• Maintain consistent file naming, folder structure, metadata, and version control across assets.
• Support organization and upkeep of TileBar’s photography and AI-generated content libraries.
• Create and enhance visual assets using AI platforms like Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, or similar.
• Coordinate with external vendors to meet deadlines and quality standards.
