Qualifications

• Master's degree in AI, CS, DS, ML, or related field.
• Strong grounding in ML fundamentals and AI concepts.
• Experience developing projects using Python.
• Knowledge of libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI concepts.
• Understanding of REST APIs and software development best practices.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development, testing, and deployment of AI and ML solutions.
• Build and evaluate machine learning models using structured and unstructured data.
• Develop applications leveraging LLMs and Generative AI technologies.
• Create prompts, evaluate model outputs, and improve AI application performance.
• Support the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and AI agents.
• Prepare, clean, and analyze datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and code reviews.
• Document technical designs, experiments, and implementation approaches.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, research, and industry best practices.
