Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience; internships and projects count.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Python and data engineering concepts.
• Understanding of data pipelines, relational data, and modern data stores.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and agent architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled applications and agentic workflows.
• Develop and tune retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions including embedding and vector search.
• Test and refine AI/NLP models; revise prompts and instructions as needed.
• Prepare source data for retrieval and agent-ready processing in collaboration with data engineers.
• Support data engineering tasks that back AI and data solutions.
• Communicate requirements and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Evaluate models and tools; stay current with technology trends.
• Create reference implementations and contribute to standards and best practices.
