Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is hiring a Junior Full Stack Engineer - AI to help build the core platform that streamlines grant funding.

You’ll contribute to backend, frontend, and the AI pipeline, guided by the CTO, and grow into independent ownership with real production impact. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of experience or strong project work, and a passion for learning across the stack using TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node/Express, Postgres and AWS.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional software engineering experience or recent university graduate with strong projects.
• Solid fundamentals in TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
• Curiosity across the full stack and willingness to learn production software.
• AI-native approach to development with Claude Code or Cursor.
• User-first mindset focused on building software that works for real people.

Responsibilities

• Ship features end-to-end across backend and frontend.
• Work across the stack with React, Node/Express, Postgres, and AWS.
• Collaborate with CTO and grant team to solve real user problems.
• Develop the AI pipeline from week one and engage in prompt engineering.
• Debug in production and improve reliability with Sentry and CloudWatch.
