Job summary

CEI is seeking a Junior AI Developer to contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI‑driven solutions on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. You will work under senior guidance to configure, build, test, and document solutions, including agent experiences and integration components.

The role emphasizes learning on the job, collaboration with senior engineers, and hands‑on development of enterprise automation.

Qualifications

• Foundational experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, application development, or automation.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data handling, and structured problem solving.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and contribute effectively within established design patterns.
• Strong learning agility, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft and third‑party connectors, including configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and data exchange scenarios.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or AI‑powered productivity and automation solutions.

Contract:W2 only, 9 month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full time with either the client or CEI

Overview

We are seeking a Junior AI Developer to support the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise AI and automation solutions on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. This role is ideal for a developer who is growing into AI‑enabled solution delivery and can contribute to configuration, build, testing, and documentation, and support under senior technical guidance.

• Any MS 365 or Agile certificates a plus
