Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 0-2+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in C++, Java, or Python.
• Python and TypeScript for AI and automation development.
• Comfortable working with non-engineering business stakeholders.
• Understanding of engineering principles and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, and testing of AI tools and automations.
• Sit with business users to understand workflow and pain points.
• Turn requirements into prototypes and iterate with user feedback.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues.
• Write and maintain code documentation.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to ensure quality, usability and adoption.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Support integration of AI tools with existing systems and workflows.
