Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Working understanding of MRP systems within a manufacturing or QA environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
• Internship, co‑op, or coursework related to manufacturing, production planning, or supply chain.
• Familiarity with ERP systems used in manufacturing environments.
• US Citizens, Green Card holders, and certain asylees/refuges are eligible to apply.
• Security clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed production schedules to meet required volumes while considering plant capacity and material availability.
• Use MRP functionality within a manufacturing or QA system to support production planning activities.
• Perform pack planning and bulk planning based on production requirements.
• Monitor actual production figures versus planned schedules and identify variances.
• Prepare and implement schedule adjustments in response to production constraints, material shortages, or demand changes.
• Support production meetings by providing schedule updates and production data.
• Ensure planning activities align with quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
• Maintain accurate production planning records and reports to support continuous improvement projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
