Job summary

Mayvin, Inc. seeks a Jr Acquisition Quality Manager to support NSWC Crane, IN. On-site/hybrid role requiring US citizenship and active secret clearance. Contingent upon contract award, responsibilities include DOc collection, TDP prep, and QA compliance with FAR/DFARS.

You will coordinate with government RTA, manage procurement data, and liaise with Navy contracting to ensure schedule and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred, not required.
• Secret clearance required
• Minimum of two years of DoD acquisition experience
• Ability to sit/stand for prolonged periods and participate in meetings
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and IT for NAVSEA compliance
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Develop tracks and analyze procurement data to improve quality, schedule and efficiencies.
• Collect procurement requirements from the government Requiring Technical Authority (RTA) for acquisition plans and resources.
• Prepare the technical data package (TDP) for each procurement requirement.
• Establishes and maintains electronic/hardcopy data libraries for processing documents.
• Ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS/NMCARS and NSWC Crane Acquisition QA Guide.
• Provide recommendations on policies to ensure compliance with FAR and Non-FAR requirements.
• Liaison between resource sponsors, program managers, staff and US Navy contracting department.
