Job summary

ANSER seeks a Junior Management Analyst (Acquisition, Services) to perform post-award service contract management and support functions for the IC2IS Division, interfacing with COR/ACOR and drafting procurement documentation to DoD standards.

The role involves maintaining files, coordinating meetings, and delivering status reports, with attention to process improvements and problem-solving efforts in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, typically with less than 3 years of experience; or an associate degree plus 4 years of related experience, or 6 years of related experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform post award service contract management support: monitoring, executing, and controlling.
• Interface with the COR/ACOR to track and maintain a history of obligated project funding.
• Draft procurement documentation per prescribed DoD, Command, and Contracting Activity formats and standards (large and small purchase).
• Maintain files and coordinate meetings.
• Provide continuous status reporting and assessments, complex problem solving, and efficiency/performance improvement approaches.
