Job summary

Arena Investors I Quaestor Advisors seeks an entry-level Accounting professional in Jacksonville, FL to support expense allocations, NAV review, and financial statement processes. You will assist with monthly closes, journal entries, and board reporting, collaborating with the fund administrator to improve accuracy and efficiency.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, analytics, and strong communication within a fast-paced environment. CPA is preferred but not required for entry-level growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience in public or private accounting.
• Big 4 experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of hedge and private equity fund structures.
• Detail oriented, organized and analytical. Strong communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage expense allocations and payments across corporate and fund structures.
• Assist in review of monthly NAV packages prepared by the Fund Administrator.
• Prepare and review monthly management and incentive fee calculations, and capital roll forwards.
• Coordinate monthly close of corporate entities with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly cash reconciliations.
• Assist in quarterly unaudited and annual audited financial statements with the fund administrator.
• Assist in preparing quarterly board packages and reporting.
