Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or working toward one.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Organized, reliable, detail-oriented and good on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business tax returns (S corporations, C corporations, partnerships) and individual returns.
• Prepare and file sales tax returns.
• Do bookkeeping and bank reconciliations in QuickBooks and other software.
• Call the IRS and state tax agencies for clients to resolve notices, payment issues and account questions.
• Answer phones and greet clients.
