Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Complete accurate data entry related to financial transactions and accounting records.
• Assist with compliance filings in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Prepare and file sales tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Review and assist with the approval of promotional accruals, ensuring proper documentation and proper accounting treatment.
• Support general accounting functions and assist with special projects as needed.
