Job summary

Perfect Jobs 4U is seeking a Junior Accountant to support a growing real estate company in the Miami Beach area. The role focuses on full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, GL management, AP/AR, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close, with an Excel assessment in the hiring process.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, at least 6 months of accounting experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Qualifications

• 6 months of accounting experience or more.
• Experience with full-cycle accounting and month-end close.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts; post journal entries.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and ensure timely payments and collections.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities and coordinate with teams for timely reporting.
• Assist in budgets and forecasts; provide variance analysis.
• Support tax return preparation and audits as needed.
• Collaborate with external advisors and internal stakeholders on reporting initiatives.
