Responsibilities

• Post bills and payment requests; process checks and ACH.
• Set up payments and new vendors; maintain AP files.
• Process credit applications for vendors/accounts; investigate issues.
• Handle bank reconciliations and cash receipts.
• Assist in annual audits and respond to supervisor requests.
