You will support day-to-day accounting across Arizona, Nevada, and Florida, handling AP/AR, ledger upkeep, and month-end close with project cost tracking and multi-state compliance. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and have 5–7 years of accounting experience, with GAAP knowledge, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5–7 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or AP/AR experience.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and double-entry accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices; verify against PO and receiving documents.
• Prepare weekly check and ACH payments; manage AR aging.
• Post routine journal entries, accruals, and prepaid amortizations.
• Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts monthly; assist month-end close.
• Code costs to installation projects and track job profitability.
• Assist with Arizona TPT, Nevada, and Florida tax filings; support audits.
