Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Prior accounting experience preferred.
• Insurance industry experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to multi-task.
• Exposure to month-end close and journal entries is noted.

Responsibilities

• Assist monthly closing with routine journal entries and flux analysis.
• Prepare routine balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist Accountants with transaction research.
• Support financial statement consolidations.
• Support quarterly and year-end reporting and audits.
• Handle ad hoc requests as determined by management.
