Parker Lynch is recruiting for an Accountant for a mid-sized, established corporation. This full-time, permanent role involves month-end close, daily accounting, cash management, and broader accounting experience for early-career professionals.

Salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000, plus bonus, 401(k) match, and a comprehensive benefits package. The position offers growth in a fast-paced accounting team and exposure to external audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance along with two or more years of experience.
• Experience with month end close duties; reconciliations, journal entries, etc.
• Strong Excel skills are necessary for success in this position
• Must be a mature, motivated individual that can take direction and get up to speed quickly
• Prior experience with a G/L system is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Month end, year-end accounting close responsibilities
• Assisting with the financial statement preparation for the company
• Assist with process improvement initiatives
• Serve as a resource for the external audit firm
