Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent bookkeeping experience.
• Strong reconciliation and bookkeeping experience.
• Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Experience with lien waivers, releases, and construction-related documentation is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations
• Process waivers and releases
• Assist with accounts payable activities and backlog cleanup as needed
• Support accounts receivable functions when necessary
• Review and process employee timesheets and hours
• Reconcile sales commissions
• Assist with month-end close activities
• Support lien waiver documentation, including G702/G703 forms when applicable
• Provide general bookkeeping and accounting support as assigned
• Help address urgent accounting issues and operational priorities as they arise
