Job summary

Precise Flight, Inc. in Bend, Oregon, is seeking an Accountant I to support daily accounting operations, maintain records, prepare journal entries, and assist with month-end close under GAAP.

You will collaborate with the Controller and cross-functional teams, gaining foundational accounting knowledge and contributing to process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

A bachelor’s degree in accounting and 0–2 years of experience are preferred; CPA eligibility is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 0–2 years of accounting experience preferred; manufacturing background is a plus.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and accounting systems.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software.
• CPA eligibility or pursuit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Supports month-end and year-end close processes with timely reporting.
• Maintains financial records and ensures GAAP compliance.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and provides accounting support.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
