Responsibilities

• Process daily cash receipts, deposits, and month-end bank reconciliations.
• Generate customer invoices and verify against packing slips and bills of lading.
• Manage credit files, process applications, and issue credits or adjustments.
• Perform daily collections calls and follow-ups to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Match and code vendor invoices, run check runs, and maintain AP files.
• Reconcile banking activity, credit card statements, and employee expenses.
• Serve as front-office touchpoint and manage office supplies and mail.
• Assist year-end file archiving and period adjustments.
