Formación

• Experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information.
• Comfortable working independently.

Responsabilidades

• Categorize and reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
• Assist with monthly close processes.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Review invoices, receipts, and vendor payments for accuracy.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable management.
• Match invoices to payments and supporting documentation.
• Assist with cleanup projects and reconciliations.
• Support preparation of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports.
• Maintain accuracy across client financial records.
• Assist with document collection from clients.
• Maintain internal workflow tracking systems.
• Communicate professionally with clients when needed.
• Support special projects and operational tasks.
