The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of accounting experience, a degree in accounting/finance, and strong Excel and ERP skills. This full-time position offers growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently pursuing).
• 1–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, AP, or AR experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn ERP systems quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidentiality.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable (Primary): Prepare and issue customer invoices.
• Apply customer payments and maintain AR records; monitor aging and assist collections.
• Research and resolve customer payment discrepancies; reconcile accounts.
• Process credit memos and assist with month-end AR close.
• Accounts Payable (Secondary): Match invoices to POs and receiving docs; assist weekly payments.
• General Accounting: prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and maintain docs.
• Support month-end and year-end close; assist audits; prepare Excel reports.
