Job summary

• Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
• Bring the books to the trial balance stage
• Perform partial checks of the posting process
• Complete tax forms
• Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
• Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
• Coordinating accounting functions and programs
• Preparing financial analyses and reports
• Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure
• Producing error‑free accounting reports and presenting their results
• Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets
• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
• Assisting with annual audit preparations
• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non‑compliance
• Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related course (Required)

Experience:

• Accounting: Fresh Graduate or at least 1 year of experience
