Job summary

A leading co-living platform in Los Angeles is looking for an entry-level accounting professional to assist with daily operations, support reconciliations, and help prepare financial reports. Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a degree in Accounting or Finance, and possess strong organizational and analytical skills. This full-time role offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles (GAAP preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
• Support monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger entries.
• Help prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Support monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger entries
• Help prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing
• Maintain and organize financial records and documentation
• Process invoices, expenses, and assist with vendor management
• Support the accounting team in audits and compliance requirements
• Participate in special projects to improve efficiency and reporting processes

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles (GAAP preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
