Responsibilities

• Assisting with month-end closing procedures, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Preparing and posting journal entries, maintaining general ledger accounts.
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, statements, and other documents.
• Conducting account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and intercompany general ledger accounts.
• Managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of payments.
• Providing ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
  
  

Job Details

Qualifications

• 1+ years accounting experience, including internships.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
• Proven experience with journal entries, month-end assistance, and accounts receivable.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel.
• Excellent numerical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
